Zuma - Hong Kong

Zuma is a famous modern Japanese restaurant brand. Located in one of the trendiest places in Hong Kong, the Landmark shopping mall. Zuma attracts the Hong Kong fashion crowd and business people. It has a contemporary Japanese very clean and light environment, a bar upstairs, the restaurant downstairs with normal tables and counter tables where you can eat your meal watch the chefs preparing all the delicious dishes. It has also a balcony outdoors. I absolutely love Zuma! It's one of the best places for gluten free in Hong Kong and the best for Japanese gluten free. Their standard soy sauce is gluten free and they can adapt many of their dishes to gluten free. I recommend the watercress salad - It's seriously one of my favourite salads in the world! I also love the salmon and tuna tartare that comes with rice crackers, the yellowtail sashimi and, for main course, their steaks - The rib-eye and wagyo sirloin or tenderloin specially. The Peak Lookout Hong Kong

The Peak is one of the main tourist attractions in Hong Kong and the Peak Lookout is an indoor/outdoor restaurant at the Peak. Surprisedly, the restaurant didn't feel very touristy and it's a nice variation for the Hong Kong indoor crowded or loud typical setting. It has a beautiful European and Chinese mixture architecture, a green outdoors area and a beautiful view of the Hong Kong skyline. I'm a lover or old architecture and nature, so I'm happy to visit this place regardless of the food. Although our subject here is "gluten friendly places"- so let's get to the point.
